JONATAN JORGE
JJ Racing Development was formally established in 2009 in order to become the unequivocal service provider to clients aspiring to achieve their full potential inside a racing cockpit.
Jonatan Jorge brings nearly 20 years of experience to JJRD, with his past experience in racing and developing drivers in a wide range of series from, amateur to professional, JJR will continue Jonatan Jorge's tradition of excellence, quality, attention to detail and results.
JJRD was established to provide a unique portfolio of services to race car drivers, and it does so by combining the following building block elements that help create the foundation for a successful racing career:

- Mental preparation
- Leadership and Personal Character
- Visual branding.
OUR STRUCTURE
Founder Jonatan Jorge has been racing and coaching since 1991, and leads JJRD’s operations, coaching philosophy and service delivery. He has made a mark in the racing world both as a driver and coach in auto racing’s most highly respected series and echelons, including:

Working alongside Jonatan in a team of highly respected racing coaches who assist in the delivery of the JJRD method of racing technique and superior driving performance. These racing professionals, all of whom are extensively trained, help deliver the personalized, highly effective and proven driver performance training that has become the hallmark of JJ Racing Development.
